When you request a quote, use our online estimate tool, or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, project address or city, project type, timeline, and any project details you share.

The estimate tool also records the fence lines you draw on the map (locations and measurements), your selected materials and add-ons, and the resulting price estimate, so we can prepare and follow up on your quote.

Like most websites, we use Google Analytics, which collects standard usage data (pages visited, device type, approximate location) via cookies. Our estimate tool uses Google Maps to display your property.

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare and deliver estimates, schedule site visits, perform contracted work, and follow up about your project.

If you give us consent, we may also send you occasional updates or offers. You can opt out at any time.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

If you check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from IND Fence Group about your estimate and project updates. Message frequency varies by project activity. Message and data rates may apply.

We use a small number of service providers to run our business: a customer relationship platform (LeadConnector / HighLevel) that stores lead and contact information and sends our email and SMS communications, Google Analytics for website usage statistics, Google Maps for the estimate tool, and Vercel for website hosting.

These providers process your information only to provide their services to us.

We keep lead and customer records for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal and warranty obligations. We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and access is limited to our team.

You may ask us to correct or delete your contact information, opt out of marketing emails, or stop SMS messages (reply STOP) at any time.
